Bottle Rocket Apps announces “Blast for the Cash” Doodle Bomb contest using OpenFeint… The “Blast for the Cash” contest is a way for both new and loyal players to experience a new scoring system that measures the user’s speed and accuracy throwing bombs to complete missions. Players are ranked in the contest by their cumulative score of all missions completed.
“The only thing that engages our 16 million players more than a good old fashioned competition, is a competition with prizes,” said Eros Resmini, VP of Developer Relations and Marketing at Aurora Feint. “We love working with developers like Bottle Rocket Apps who come up with creative ways to engage players.”
The contest runs through April 4th when winners will be selected from the Top Overall Scores leaderboard to win their share of over $2,000 in cash prizes.

1. Pick up your copy of Doodle Bomb (full version) and join the thousands of other satisfied Doodle Bombers!
2. Enable OpenFeint by tapping on the “Scores & Awards” button on the Main Menu of the app and following the instructions.
3. Be sure you associate an email address with your OpenFeint account. This is done by tapping on the Edit Profile Button in OpenFeint and then complete the Enable Account Retrieval process in the app. This email address is used to contact you if you win and you won’t be added to any marketing lists by Bottle Rocket.
4. Bombs Away! Complete missions using as few bombs and as quickly as possible. You can check your rank on the * Top Overall Scores * leaderboard. This is the sum of all your scores from each mission. We will select winners on April 4, 2010 for the following prizes:
Grand Prize
We will randomly select one of the top 5 overall scores to be awarded $1,000 cash!
First Prize
We will randomly select one of the top 10 overall scores to be awarded $500 cash!
Second Prize
We will randomly select one of the top 20 overall scores to be awarded $250 cash!
Third Prize
We will randomly select one of the top 40 overall scores to be awarded $150 cash!
Fourth Prize
We will randomly select one of the top 100 overall scores to be awarded $100 cash!
