We are joined by Steve from SlidetoPlay.com as we recount day one of GDC. We enticed Steve into our hotel room with snacks after meeting up with him at the rockin’ ngmoco party last night. After a wonderfully rambling intro, we get down to business in discussing several games we played earlier that day, as well as the big EA mobile news for their 2009 line up.

    Hey guys good show Steve from slidetoplay seems cool, I like how you messed with them saying you were most looking forward to Connect 4 and the pause after you said it was good stuff.

    I think Real Racing and SSX are the two I’m looking forward to most. Maybe C&C if its well done.

    Haha! I know why everyone is writing slidetoplay in their comments. It is because it’s an awesome site. Second to none except offcourse ipgn.

    I am so excited for software update 3.0 and all of the awesome apps that come in its wake! However, I am upset at the stagnant non-movement of the app store right now (the top 5 apps have basically not changed in 2 weeks). Anyone agree with me?

    @basementGamer,
    A great game that just came out is Let’s golf by Gameloft, it’s like Hotshot’s Golf for Playstation. I think as the games get better development time is taking longer but worth the wait. Looking forward to Tiger Woods and Firemint racing.

    I would love to slide the slider up or down to play. But hey really that slider is a nuissance when I wake up to the alarm and have to slide it to get up to a day of fun and play.

    Keep up the cool podcasts. oh and a
