Beat Sneak had this category sewn up for much of the year, with a fantastic blend of platforming, puzzles and music. But, then Rayman Jungle Run appeared, taking the world of the excellent Rayman Origins and creating a fast, adrenalin-filled, one-touch romp on iOS. We all thought we wanted a full platforming experience from Rayman – virtual controls and all – but once experienced like this and those thoughts instantly vanished and were replaced by immense joy.
