They are starting with the next great mobile game, it is games that do not exist yet, or are eraly in development, the winner will be chosen by the crowd response.
Depict - VileVanilla - The game is played by taking pictures of certain colors like pink on a black background. It looks very cool, good use of the iPhone camera and functions.
FastFoot Challenge - Urban Team - A GPS based game. It is a jump and run game played with the GPS on your cell phone. It is a competitive and cooperative game at the same time. It’s all about imagination. It’s a very immersive experience. It’s all community based.
PicoPoke - MIT Gambit Gamelab - Game play revolves around photo challenges. Take photos based on the three challenges that are released every week. It’s all based on user voting to determine who wins.
Rythm of War - SME Dynamic systems - A PSP game that is rhythm based and kind of hard to make out exactly what it is all about. Looks like you have to shoot things in tune with the beat of the song.
Reflection - Team Reflection - Nintendo DS game that is a 2d puzzle platformer. There is a mirror of each screen with different obstacles. You can use platforms on the on the other screen to navigate the levels.
And the winner is…. Team Reflection’s Ds game Reflection
The next award is the audio award achievement award. The winner is…. Zen Bound by Secret Exit.
Next is Technical achievement and the winner is…. Real Racing by FireMint.
The next award is for art design. And the winner is… Field Runners by Subatomic games.

The next award is the best iPhone game. And the winner is… (Alan Yu from ngmoco is presenting this one.) Zen Bound by Secret Exit.
And the final award is the best game of the year for mobile. (Presented by last years winners Capibara.) And the winner is… FieldRunners by Subatomic Studios.
If anyone is keeping score, that’s every award at the show being won by and iPhone game. (With the excpetion of the next best thing award, which was a Ds game, but since that games not an existing game that doesn’t count.)

Not a big surprise about FieldRunners it is a cool game, and how does Real Racing win a award when its not even out yet?
And what technical achievement is there in the game out of being curious? Graphics? Racing aspect? AI?

You misspelled “Hassey” when naming Galcon by “Hasset Enterprises” as the winner…
