Maestro Green Grooves
Release Date: Out Now! $.99

Maestro Green Groove is a unique game that offers fun game play as well as great music that is delivered in a cool new style.  To play the songs, such as Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5, the player strums either up or down on a string when the timing is right.  This plays the main cords.  There are also fruits and other items the player must get which adds tempo and other notes.  It is a fun little game that combines a Guitar Hero type game play with cute visuals and classic songs.

Magnetic Sports HockeyMagnetic Sports Hockey
Release Date: Out Now! $2.99

A neat hockey game with good character/ice visuals as well as fun game play.  The player controls his goalie while on defense, and controls where and how hard his players pass the puck on offense.  Passing the puck to a team mate may or may not get to him.  Depending on how accurate and powerful your pass is, the puck will either magnetize to your player, or magnetize away from the player, and then head towards the nearest player (usually the opposing team).  Similar to a table top soccer game.

Release Date: Out Now!
$0.99

Take soccer, and combine it with a demolition derby, and BAM! you have Soccars.  I didn’t actually play this game but it looks great visually and consists of 12 different types of cars pushing a soccer ball around like a bulldozer.  Does not yet have Openfeint or online multiplayer so it is you vs. the computer.  Hopefully that will come soon as well as new maps and vehicles.

Dojo Series: Dojo Brix
Release Date: Q2 2010

This game features four mini games, Dojo Brix being the one Matt and I played.  The others are still in development.  The Dojo Series is being made with the iPad in mind because it features a two player game, one person on each side, for a fast paced color matching puzzle game.  This allows two players to play on the same device at one time, iPad or iPhone.  A simple color matching game that ends when a player empties their liquid bar (located on the sides of the picture).  This game looks good visually and has good potential for the iPad.

Release Date: Late March, 2010

Saving Private Sheep is a humorous physics puzzle game that is based on an ongoing war between sheep and wolves.  The sheep are tired of being attacked so they attack back!  From a little bit of game play and video I saw, I can tell this is going to be a very fun physics game…and I like physics games.  The game boasts good graphics as well as a very well done “pencil drawn” style of slides that tell the story as you progress through the 80 levels.  With a promising outlook for in-app purchases, as well as OpenFeint and an iPad version, Saving Private Sheep looks like a good game to keep an eye out for.
