Squirrels hate birds. It’s a fact.
Bird Zapper is a colorful arcade match title for the iPad and iPhone that’s coming out soon. You play the part of a squirrel who is enacting his revenge on birds after the electrified his music player. I suppose that’s what you get for making your home in an electrical line pole, but who cares! The intro animation, as seen in the video, was super cute, along with the rest of the art in the game.
Using your finger to drag and electrical current around the screen, your goal is to link up birds of the same coler to electrocute them. There are various power ups that come along the line, such as the ability to freeze birds in place, or individually snipe birds that have a target on them by tapping. As you progress, more and more electrical lines are added, giving way to bigger combos and frantic action. There are three game modes, all which are pretty standard for the match game genre.
