According to GameLoft’s twitter feedthey have seen $145 million in sales for 2008, which is a growth of 15% year over year. Not really huge news but it makes me wonder if the launch of the iPhone app store had something to do with GameLoft’s growth. Seems like the mobile market was getting kind of stagnant, but the iPhone seems to have revitalized things in the mobile space, and for a game company like GameLoft, where mobile is a huge chunk of their business. While we are on the subject of twitter’s, allow me the pimp out mine real quick, check it out here. (Shameless, I know)
