Two new games that we previewed back at E3 were released today. And very different they are too. On the one hand we have i-Play’s Beat the boss, based on Joe cartoons well know flash game. We had a hands on with it which you can see here, where we found it fun if a little shallow. It’s out now for $0.99

And on the other hand we have Star Hogs from IUGO [previewed at E3 here], a Worms/Tanks style game set in space, seeing you destroy your enemy by targeting, and shooting missiles, around the gravitational pull of the planet.

• 32 single player levels for hours of gamplay

• Unlimited online multiplayer over WiFi/3G/Edge

• Loads of weapons and customization options

• Global online leaderboards with player rankings

• 3 game play modes: Freeplay, Campaign and Multiplayer (Online) mode

Star Hogs is out now for $4.99 and a lite version is also available
