Those muscle bound twins are readying to unleash their fists on the AppStore this March…Published by Aksys Games and created by Brizo Interactive, the game once again follows the action exploits of twin brothers Billy and Jimmy as they attempt to rescue their “special friend” Marian (sounds like a complicated relationship!) from a testosterone fueled street gang called the Black Warriors.
Originally released to arcades in 1987, you can see from the screenshots below that this reboot of the game has been given a fresh lick of paint, including a new comic style makeover for the hereos and villians. Of course none of this matters if the controls don’t do the game justice. It looks like Brizo are employing a virtual D-Pad along the lines of the SEGA Genesis emulators we’ve grown accustomed to. Let’s hope we can pull off those hair grabs and elbow punches with ninja like speed.
