Everyone’s favourite serial killer is coming to iPhone. Developed by Icarus Studios, and based on the hit TV series of the same name, ‘Dexter: the game’ involves puzzle solving, stealth tactics, various mini games… and what everyone has been waiting for… Slashing via accelerometer gestures.
You control Dexter in full 3D environments via either tilt control for turning left and right, and forward and back buttons for motion, or use a virtual joystick option. When interacting with other characters in the game you must avoid raising suspision to your darker side. A meter alerts you if your are revealing your alter ego, and if it hits zero, it’s game over.
The game’s story is scripted by one of the show’s writers and voiced by Dexter himself (Michael C. Hall) and is described by the developer as “a dark and addictive premium game that is unlike anything else released for the iPhone”.
