Ok, I am having a hard time writing a cool opening paragraph for this game. A game combining our beloved poker with a mano o mano duel gameplay interspersed with RPG elements sounds kind of iffy. And that is where my problem starts as Sword & Poker is one of the best games I have [...]

Arcade Solitaire: TriTowers is one of the most addictive games I have encountered for the iPhone. Basically what developer Endloop Systems Inc. managed to do is to merge solitaire with arcade action.
TriTowers also known as Tri Peaks and Triple Peaks is a simple solitaire game with the object to clear the board of all cards. [...]

I don’t know about you, but when I’m bored for a few minutes, the first app I usually open up is my free solitaire program and play a round or two of klondike or demon solitaire. This has always served me well and I have never thought about buying a Solitaire Card game. When I [...]

It’s poker, but with 3 card hands, and a different betting style. Very easy to learn, especially with the usual included tutorials and tips.

Baccarat Pro not only impressed me, but taught me a new card game I’d never heard of. Looks like this is the constant goal of Avalinx, as Let ‘em Ride Pro did the exact same thing! Although it may not be the most exciting version of poker, Let ‘em Ride Pro is excellent in every [...]

The Motion-X dice engine is hands down the best on the iPhone. The free app came out originally to demonstrate the engine, and works very well. It was only a matter of time before the devs turned it into game. They have done so in both Motion-X Poker, and Motion-X Poker Quest.

Dude, your monkey is on fire, you should put that out. Burning Monkey is a fireman simulation where you have to extinguish flaming monkeys. No, not really it’s a casino game feature lots of different games like slots, poker and blackjack. It’s a very good casino game with some interesting little characters [...]

I am a fan of Texas Hold’em. I am not, however, a fan of the fact that there are probably twenty-something different versions of TH applications out there in iTunes. I bought Apple’s “HoldEm” when it first came out, and honestly was mildly impressed, despite the rave reviews. It’s probably the least [...]

I would wager that the majority of people reading this have never played Baccarat (pronounced ‘bah-ca-rah’). Maybe a slightly smaller percentage have never even heard of it. I also bet you pronounced it wrong in your head when you read the name! Suffice to say, I’m guilty of all of the [...]
