Perfect Dork Studios have released Blade of Betrayal [best shouted with a trailer voice-over style voice]. The game is a classic style, 2D platformer where you play as Spencer Corinth where you must run, jump and slash your way to uncovering the un-original plot of your fathers death. While the in-game graphics are nothing to shout about, what interested me were the illustrated cutscenes, which have that saturday morning kids cartoon look to them. $5.99 seems a bit steep for a taste of retro platforming, so you might want to wait for our hands on with it before picking it up.
