Arrrrr! Embargo, from Zen Yes, a new game for the iPhone that sees you piloting the seven seas in your tallship. All the while raining cannonballs down on your foes. You’ll need to master the elements through dusk, night fog and storms, and strategically out-manoeuvre and out-gun your opponents. As well as combat there are some RPG elements too, for managing your ships inventory, weapons and sails. Presented in 3D with accurate models of the ships, water effects and featuring cannon smoke, burning fires, smoke trails, flying debris, and water splashes, it certainly looks the part.
